Tucson Triathlon - May 22nd

Bryce Phinney placed 2nd overall with a smoking fast time of 57:17!  Susan Patterson won her age group with an impressive time of 1:08:02. Sylvain Lebreton and Estelle Maes both took second place in their age groups. Leo Carrillo was third in his age group, but only 25 seconds seperated him from 1st place.

Florida 70.3, XTerra Pacific Championships, & Tempe International - May 15th

Sunday was a big day for GEC athletes.  We had athletes racing at races all over the country from California to Florida!  Brad Hendron placed 5th in his age group at Florida 70.3. Bryce Phinney qualified for Xterra Worlds with his age group win at the Xterra Pacific Championships in Santa Cruz, California.  At Tempe International here in Arizona two of our athletes got on the podium.  In the olympic distance race Sylvain Lebreton was 1st in his age group. Leo Carrillo was 5th overall and 2nd in his age group. Great job everyone!
