GEC is a network of coaches and our team, including a registered dietician, chiropractor and wellness experts, all with a passion for doing all they can to help athletes reach their goals—and the track record that proves they have the ability to do so. All GEC coaches are based in Tucson, AZ, the number one community for triathletes, but we work with athletes all over the country (and at times in Afghanistan and Iraq).

GEC coaches are knowledgeable. Not only are we certified through USA Triathlon and USA Cycling, but each goes through Brian Grasky’s own certification process to become a GEC coach. We are more than athletes who coach from their own experiences. Yes, we have “been there-done that,” but above that we are professional, proven, effective coaches.  We are Kona proven, but our athletes have made this list as well. We and our athletes have been contenders at Ironman, Best of the US, USAT age group nationals, HalfMax, XTERRA Nationals and Worlds, and ITU worlds at all distances. We have helped athletes get their pro cards and take overall wins, to do their first triathlon or become an Ironman. At GEC we are just as effective with the Kona qualifier as with the first timers.
